EMS means electronic muscle stimulation. It is an advanced body training method. The aim of EMS is to achieve thightness of the body muscle system by stimulating them with electronic impulses. This target is realized by the modern technology of MASTERFORMER 2.0.

The EMS technology stimulates the body to an intense activity. Consequently it leads to an improvement of the body‘s resistance, that otherwise may only be reached by hard dumb-bell training. In contrast to dumb-bell training EMS is gentle to the body‘s joints and avoids possible injuries.

MASTERFORMER 2.0 is a system of advanced whole-body training. MASTERFORMER 2.0 enables the stimulation of more than 350 muscles at a time. One or two training sessions of 20 to 25 minutes a week are regarded to be suffi cient.
